Whether you're opting for the serenity of a home birth, the support of a hospital setting, the comfort of a birth center, or the empowering choice of free birth, I am committed to ensuring a personalized & empowering experience tailored to your individual needs. My approach is deeply rooted in personalization, ensuring that each mother & their family receives tailored support to meet their specific needs & expectations. From the initial consultation to the postpartum period, I take the time to listen & understand your desires, fears, & preferences.

I work collaboratively with you to create a birth plan that aligns with your unique vision, incorporating holistic & faith-based elements as desired.

Through continuous communication, educational resources, & compassionate guidance, I strive to empower you & your family to make informed decisions throughout the birthing process. Your journey is yours alone, & my commitment is to ensure that it unfolds in a way that is not only safe & supportive but also deeply meaningful & reflective of your individual needs & beliefs.

The Comprehensive Doula Package:

Cost: $1,200

The following list is all included in this birth doula package.

  • physical, emotional, & spiritual support to you, your partner & children

  • perinatal education from myself & trusted resources

  • three to four 1:1 prenatal meetings & if possible, one to meet your practitioner or birth team members

  • assisting you to envision & plan your ideal birth

  • planning & putting together your birth space before or during labor

  • on call 24/7 from 37 weeks until birth

  • keeping in touch with your birth team while you are in labor as needed

  • support through out labor & 1-2 hours post delivery

  • making a plan for your postpartum sanctuary & putting it into action

  • one postpartum visit to follow up, debrief on birth experience, & deliver placenta encapsulation package

  • placenta encapsulation

  • birth photography

  • gift bundle: unscented tallow balm, postpartum herbal sitz bath, pregnancy teas, & a roller bottle of specially blended essential oils

  • optional: additional postpartum support such as cleaning, cooking, sibling care, laundry, household chores, etc for $25 an hour

Private 1:1 Sessions:

Cost:$50 per 45 minute session

Tailored to your specific goals & concerns, these sessions provide a focused opportunity for personalized guidance, hands-on techniques, & comprehensive emotional support. Dive deep into childbirth education, pain management strategies, & individualized birth planning. Together, let's create a customized roadmap to empower you on your unique journey to motherhood. Your confidence, comfort, & empowerment are at the heart of our private birth coaching sessions.

Unlimited text support with me — a professional doula & registered nurse in the palm of your hand!
